ERIN has convened NGOs to publish a manifesto for the EU elections calling on policymakers to make sustainable finance a top priority of the 2024-2029 EU agenda.

Enabling Shareholder Rights: Practical information to support the exercise of shareholder rights in seven European countries

This report aims to assist European Responsible Investment Network members and others in navigating national legal frameworks that hinder effective shareholder rights across Europe. It also set out policy recommendations for enhancing shareholder rights across the EU through revisions to the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II).
