The global investment system has an oversized impact on many environmental and social challenges. How asset managers choose to vote on company resolutions each year
can determine the future of our planet. ShareAction's 2022 Voting Matters report examines how 68 of the world’s largest asset managers voted across 252 environmental, social and governance (ESG) resolutions in the 2022 AGM season. This report extends this analysis to a sub-set of 10 of the asset managers most frequently used by UK charities.
