Our 2024 Impact Report showcases ShareAction’s mission to transform the financial system into a force that serves people and planet. Amid global political shifts and mounting environmental and social challenges, we have continued to lead bold, evidence-based campaigns that raise standards for responsible investment. The report highlights how we have influenced major financial institutions, shaped public policy, and mobilised investors to tackle climate change, protect biodiversity, improve public health, and champion workers’ rights.
Key achievements include shareholder resolutions at Nestlé and Yara International, pioneering research on the insurance and asset management sectors, and advocacy that helped secure the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. We have also expanded its investor coalitions, trained future leaders in stewardship, and empowered civil society through networks and public engagement.
Looking ahead to our 20th anniversary in 2025, we remain committed to driving systemic change through regulation, corporate accountability, and investor action.
