Spotlight Report: Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting in the Food & Facilities Management Sectors
In partnership with Runnymede Trust, we’ve produced a spotlight report on ethnicity pay gap reporting in the Food and Facilities Management sectors.
The UK government is moving towards mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting. However, implementation is not expected before 2027 at the earliest. We therefore encourage companies to begin disclosing early to stay ahead of the curve.This report explores how investors can support companies in the Food and Facilities Management sectors to overcome sector-specific barriers and take meaningful steps toward disclosure.
