The construction and operation of buildings account for a third of global emissions, and these emissions have risen in the ten years since the Paris Agreement was signed. Real estate investors, and their investment managers, share in the responsibility to reverse this trend. In this report, we assess the climate strategies of 16 of the world's largest real estate investment managers.
