Summary Action Paper of the Interdependence Coalition

ShareAction is one of many supporters of the Interdependence Coalition that calls for strong stakeholder governance in EU legislation. As part of this legislation, we call for a clarification of the directors’ duties provisions in the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. A clearer definition of directors’ duties is needed to make sure company directors properly take into account the consequences of business decisions for stakeholder interests and sustainability matters.
