ShareAction is delighted the FCA launched a consultation paper on diversity and inclusion in the financial sector. We strongly endorse the framing and the overall effort being made by the FCA on the diversity agenda. We would urge the FCA to go further on its proposals on disclosures, targets, and D&I strategies.
