Ruan Opie-Meres

Ruan joined ShareAction in July 2023 as the Good Work Intern. Since then, he has joined the team permanently to lead it’s low-pay and insecure work campaigns. In between his undergraduate (political science) and postgraduate degrees (international studies & diplomacy), Ruan has held various positions in industries ranging from video games to hospitality. He enjoys going on hikes and running, reading classic literature, travelling, and cooking. He also loves his cat dearly.
