Matthew Collins

Matthew joined ShareAction in July 2024 as a Senior Research Officer in the Financial Sector Research team and works on the benchmarking of asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions. Before working at ShareAction, Matthew completed a PhD researching the campaigning practices of Chinese environmental NGOS and has previously worked for a Beijing based environmental organisation where he investigated and assessed the environmental performance of multinational companies and their supply chain management practices. In his spare time, he attempts to grow things in his allotment, with varying degrees of success. He also enjoys cycling, hiking and white-water kayaking.
