Luba Nikulina

Luba has nearly 30 years of global investment experience and leads strategy at IFM Investors, a profit-to-member private markets firm owned by Australian pension funds. She oversees a global team responsible for strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs, as well as IFM’s sustainable investment approach, with a focus on climate change, human capital, and human rights. Prior to joining IFM in 2022, Luba spent 17 years at WTW, a global investment consulting firm, where she was Global Head of Research and served on the Global Steering Committee. She is a non-executive director of the Investor Forum, a not-for-profit organisation, and chaired the Taskforce for Social Factors set up with the support of the UK Department for Work and Pensions.
