Josie Phillips

Josie joined the team in September 2025 and works on the Financial Sector team. Previously Josie has worked on nature conservation, land use change, and commodities with organisations like the Eden Project, Bristol Zoological Society and Dialogue Earth. Most recently, she has worked on decarbonisation and carbon removals policy with Cerulogy. Josie is passionate about social and environmental justice, the outdoors, growing food, surfing and reading.
