James Coldwell

James joined the Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI) team in January 2017. For three years he managed relationships with the institutional investors supporting the programme, helping them make the most of the WDI as a tool to engage with companies, improve disclosure and promote decent work. James has been Head of the WDI since May 2020. He previously worked for a social finance intermediary, and is a former local councilor.
