Alice Steenland

Alice joined Signify in January 2022 as Chief Strategy & Sustainability Officer. Previously, Alice was the founding Chief Sustainability Officer at both the global financial services firm AXA and subsequently the software company Dassault Systemes. Prior to that, Alice held roles at Vigeo ESG ratings (now Moody’s) and Arthur Andersen consulting. Alice serves as an advisory committee member at the Yale School of Management, the impact fund Giant Ventures, and the leading French sustainability think tank IDDRI. Originally from the USA, Alice received her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
