Charlotte Lush

Charlotte joined ShareAction in August 2020 as the WDI Research Manager, leading on the development and management of the WDI survey and research relating to workforce topics and corporate reporting. Before joining ShareAction, Charlotte worked for Stonewall where she was responsible for global research projects on responsible business practices, and for the Manushya Foundation in Thailand where she focused on the Thai Government’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights. Outside of work, you can find her proselytising about the importance of human rights due diligence or whipping up some hummus in the kitchen.
