Xavier joined ShareAction in 2020 and focuses on assessing the sustainable performance of banks with a view to promote ESG standards across the industry. Xavier has over 10 years of experience in banking, having held various Project Finance and Corporate Banking roles at a major international bank in Asia and Europe. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys reading and all sorts of visual arts.
