Louise Marfany

Louise joined ShareAction in March 2024. She leads our work to research and benchmark financial institutions’ responsible investment performance, to define the highest standards of responsible investment and to drive their adoption across the financial sector. She has a background in financial services policy and regulation in Whitehall and the Financial Conduct Authority, where she held a number of roles, including as a senior banking supervisor. Outside of work, Louise’s great passion is open water swimming. Any body of water will entice her, but she’s at her very happiest in a sparkling sea with the sun on her back.
