Keeping Gender on the Agenda


We believe our tried and tested approach to Shareholder Activism can not only help to hold boards to account on gender diversity and the gender pay gap, it will also highlight the business and investment cases for fostering a more diverse and inclusive workforce more broadly.

We want to undertake a sustained and strategic effort to push the worst offending listed companies on gender pay gap and diversity, in order to call them to account during the 2019 AGM season.

But we need your support to ensure we can run an effective and efficient campaign, and bring about tangible change for the long term.
