Harriet joined ShareAction in February 2018 to coordinate our fundraising activities and help implement an ambitious fundraising strategy in order to grow and diversify ShareAction’s income.
Harriet’s first experience of fundraising was at The Royal Institute of International Affairs, otherwise known as Chatham House, where she assisted in the growth of the Major Donor portfolio. She also worked at the homelessness charity St Mungo’s, developing income from a wide range of individual supporters. Following this she moved into political fundraising, running the Labour Party’s Thousand Club, before leading the Philanthropy and Partnerships function at Refugee Action.
Harriet holds a BSocSci (Hons) in Politics and International Relations and an MA in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Manchester.
