We will email all delegates after the symposium with a summary of the day and a link to any slides which the speakers have given permission to share.

Password: RI4HealthWe will be recording the audio of all the sessions throughout the day to enable us to capture detailed notes for internal use.
We will be looking to capture quotes from sessions that we can share on social media after the event that give a flavour of the day. We won't attribute any quotes without prior permission.
We will also have a someone filming the day to create a short visual film and a photographer taking some pictures to use on the ShareAction's website and social channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the event staff upon arrival. Efforts will be made to accommodate your request, but note that it may not always be possible to completely avoid inclusion in background shots.
Where there are opportunities to ask the speakers questions the compère will indicate this during the day.
There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available - they will be labelled. Please ask a member of staff if you have any concerns.
If you haven't chosen your breakout session in advance we will allocate you a session - this can be found on the back on your name badge.
If you wish to change which session you attend, please speak to a ShareAction member of staff on the registration desk.
There will be ShareAction staff available in every room during the day - they will all be wearing ShareAction lanyards. There will also be staff on the registration desk.
If it's an emergency please let the nearest member of staff know from the RSA or ShareAction.
